We realized this week that we haven't shown you any pictures of our school yet - a place where we spend ALOT of our time! Here are pictures of the Terraza where we hang out during breaks and the class that Travis and I have together - Here Travis is impressing our teacher, Francisco, with his awesome Spanish vocab!
We are so excited beecause of all the Spanish we have been learning in school. This week we learned past and imperfect verb tenses. We are thrilled because our lives are no longer only in the present and we can actually tell people what we "used" to do and not sound like 5 year olds. Yay!Monday of this week at school was "Culture Day." This was a day in which the teachers from the school taught cultural classes to the students on things like food, dancing, and home remedies instead of the regular language classes. Travis and I attended the dancing class. It was lots of fun but we joked we felt like we were in a Saturday Night Live skit and we were playing the parts of the worst dancers ever! Here is a picture of us showing off our mad dancing skills during our class!
In other news . . . the circus has been in town for a couple months, and last night we were able to go. It was lots of fun with acrobats and magicians - a very nice night off from studying!
Update on Ruth . . .we have not heard from Ruth since before last Wednesday when we were supposed to have a Bible Study with her. We aren't sure what the situation is but we pray that God will give us guidance.

Im glad you posted pictures of the school! I have wondered what it was like there. It is great to hear that yall are learning so much! Maybe you can help me improve on my Spanish skills one day!
